My name is Jim and I run a family-owned home renovation and improvement company in Toronto. Yes, that’s me (to the left). We operate our contracting business under the name of J&N Home Improvements and have been helping people renovate their homes in the Greater Toronto area for many, many years.
Expertise
As owner, I have personally been in the business since 1978 and formed an incredible team of tradesmen. Our team has the craftsmanship, trades knowledge and technical expertise to meet our clients needs.
Respect
Not ONLY is my team knowledgeable in their crafts they are also respectful of customers and don’t do any of those cliche “contractor things” that all customers hate. (They don’t smoke in your home, they will tarp, cover and isolate area’s of the house not involved in the reno , they don’t leave tools lying around, they dress appropriately, etc.) We are not your average contractors. We want to raise the bar!
We understand that renovations can be stressful for our client(s) at the best of times so we maintain full communication through- out the project and leave the job site clean at the end of each day. These are just a couple of small things that separate us from most other contracting companies.
Services
As you visit our services page you will see that we only take on specific projects. We limit ourselves to these particular projects in order to maintain the quality of work. We won’t take on a project unless we feel we can provide you the customer with a superior finished project. Quality of work is paramount for us and what keeps us in business with so many referrals.
