At the rear foundation, we had to order a geotechnical investigation and slope stability analysis prior to building.  Metal posts were used for stability before building the extension.

Neighbourhood acquaintance contacted us to hopefully top up their bungalow.  Roof was removed and 2^nd story was framed with a new roof within 7 working days.  House is finished in stucco and new windows for the 2^nd story.  It is a 4 bedroom with 1 bathroom and ensuite for Master Bedroom.  Final photos to be available shortly.

Proud owner of this stunning custom home required the rear balcony to be repaired due to leaking.  BVM prepared the upper balcony for Duradek to come in and finish with an waterproof vinyl membrane.  The under-side of the deck was framed out by BVM and finished in cedar and stained.  Pot-lights and Tommy Bahama Ceiling fans provide light and cool breezes for those hot evenings on the Bluffs.

Client hired us to completely gut and finish interior of home.  A third story addition was also added.  Home was completely finished from top to bottom and sold within 7 days of their listing it.

Work included an Energy Assessment prior to demolition. New custom Kitchen, all new windows, hardwood flooring throughout, gas insert for fireplace, new furnace and a/c units.  On the exterior; all new inter-lock, fencing & deck, driveway and landscaping.
